The Rev'd Terry Deline, after seventeen years of active ministry at Cooke's-Portsmouth United Church announced his plans to retire on July 1, 2008. Kingston Presbytery received his letter of resignation in September and formed a Joint Needs Assessment Committee in October.

The JNAC Report has been received, a search process is in place as a vacancy was declared July 1st and Jennifer Broomhead was appointed Student Supply from May 1 - Dec 31, 2008
